Frequently Asked Questions

  • What time is check-in and check-out?: Standard check-in is from 3pm and checkout by 11am. Early check-in and late checkout are free when the schedule allows, just ask on WhatsApp the day before.
  • What is the cancellation policy?: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Between 14 and 7 days you receive a 50% refund. Inside 7 days the first night is non-refundable and the rest is refunded.
  • Do you require a security deposit?: Yes. A refundable deposit of AED 1,000 is pre-authorised on your card at check-in and released within 5 business days after checkout, provided the unit is left in good condition.
  • Is there a cleaning fee?: A one-time cleaning fee is included in your quote before you pay. There are no surprise charges after your stay.
  • Do you offer long-stay discounts?: Yes. Stays of 14+ nights unlock weekly rates and 30+ nights unlock monthly corporate rates. Message us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.
  • Can I get a company invoice?: Absolutely. VAT-compliant invoices are issued on request under Dubana Holiday Homes LLC, including trade licence and TRN.
