🕒 Early Check-In
Early check-in requests are subject to availability and approval. An additional fee may apply based on the requested time. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.

📋 Before You Arrive
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please complete all required details and submit the necessary documents (passport or Emirates ID). These steps are mandatory per building management and Dubai Tourism regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied access.

During Your Stay:

Please be considerate of our neighbors, follow Dubai’s laws, and take care of the property and its furniture.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Improper disposal of cigarette butts is not allowed. A penalty of AED 3,500 will apply if smoking is detected.

🧼 Damage & Stains
Any stains on beds, sofas, carpets, or walls will incur a penalty of AED 700.
Any broken items will be charged AED 1,000 and above, depending on the damage.

Checking Out:

🕛 Standard Check-Out Time
Check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM.

⏰ Late Check-Out
Check-out after 12:00 PM will result in a penalty of AED 1,000.

🏗️ Residential Building Notice
Please be aware that occasional noise may arise from construction, maintenance work by other tenants, fire alarms (sometimes triggered by neighboring apartments due to smoking or heavy cooking), or essential maintenance of utilities like water, electricity, or gas. Additionally, swimming pool and amenity maintenance may occur, which is beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

🧽 Additional Cleaning & Amenities
Any extra cleaning services must be scheduled at least one day in advance and will come with an additional charge. Requests for fresh linens, towels, or basic amenities are subject to availability and will also incur a fee.

🅿️ Parking
As this is a residential building, the designated parking spot may occasionally be used by another tenant. If this happens, please inform us so we can report it to building management.

🏠 Kind Reminder
We are a residential holiday home, not a hotel. While we always strive to provide a great stay, not all special requests can be accommodated. The amenities listed in our description are what we are able to provide.
